Voxvalley Live Chat - Only For Registered Users

Dear Valued Customer,

Voxvalley live chat is NOW available only for REGISTERED users only. Now only registered customers can initiate a live chat session.

Below are the steps to register with us :
1. Visit  : https://support.voxvalley.com.sg/index.php?
2. Click on "Register" from main menu
3. Enter all details
4. Check your email and confirm the registration

Once user logs in, one can also create ticket or initiate live chat.

Voxvalley's Email, Ticket and Live Chat Support - Only for Registered Users!

Dear Valued Customer,

Voxvalley live chat would be available only for registered users only after 24hrs. Now only registered customers can send email to support@voxvalley.com, i.e. our system will accept emails sent to support@voxvalley.com from registered email only.

Below are the steps to register with us :
1. Visit : https://support.voxvalley.com.sg/index.php?
2. Click on "Register" from main menu
3. Enter all details
4. Check your email and confirm the registration

Once user logs in, one can also create ticket or initiate live chat.

Note : Email to support@voxvalley.com and ticket submission is now available only for regesterd users. Live Chat will be disabled for all non-registered users in next 24hrs.

Voxvalley Support - Registered Users Only - From 16th Dec 2015

Voxvalley live chat and ticketing system would be available only for registered users only after 48hrs. Now on, all customers are requested to register with Voxvalley's Support Center in order to submit a ticket or to start a Live Chat session.

Below are the steps to register with us :
1. Visit  : https://support.voxvalley.com.sg/index.php?
2. Click on "Register" from main menu
3. Enter all details
4. Check your email and confirm the registration

Once user logs in, options to submit a ticket and live chat would be visible.

Note : Ticket submission is now available only for regesterd users. Live Chat will be disabled for all non-registered users in next 48hrs.

MoSIP UAE Android Dialer - Etisalat Registration Issues
